Operating and adjusting plastic extrusion machinery like a pro Setting up lines - start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers Manufacturing products to specification Keeping an eye on quality with measurements and visual checks Troubleshooting issues Performing basic maintenance and keeping things moving Tracking production data and process tweaks Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised What You Bring to the Table Experience in manufacturing - plastics/extrusion experience an advantage A solid grasp of how machines and processes work Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good mechanical instincts and problem-solving skills A keen eye for detail and quality Reliability—especially during long shifts Team spirit and a willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
