As we continue to grow our brands, launch new products and expand into new markets, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Agri Marketing team. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of marketing. You'll work alongside experienced marketers, product specialists, sales teams, retailers and agency partners while helping deliver campaigns, content, product launches, events and digital marketing activity across multiple brands. About the role This is a hands-on marketing role where no two days are the same. You'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing activity across multiple brands, products and channels, helping bring campaigns, content, events and product launches to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialists, sales teams, product experts and agency partners, you'll play an important role in keeping projects moving, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring marketing activity is delivered on time and to a high standard. One day you could be coordinating a product launch, scheduling social media content or updating website content. The next, you might be supporting a field event, managing marketing assets, liaising with agency partners, coordinating a photoshoot or helping prepare campaign performance reports. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, stays ahead of trends, thrives on organisation and learning. It's an opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines while building your experience within a successful New Zealand business with global reach. We're looking for someone with 2-4 years' experience in a marketing, communications or related role Experience executing marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail Experience using platforms such as Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms and marketing reporting tools Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership of your work Strong in social media content creation and management You’ll thrive here if you Enjoy turning ideas into action Love being organised and keeping projects on track Take initiative and look for opportunities to improve the way things are done Enjoy working with a wide range of people across different teams Like variety and learning new skills Want exposure to everything from social media and digital marketing through to events, content and product launches Take pride in delivering work that is accurate, on time and well executed #J-18808-Ljbffr
