Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking registered health professionals to join the Te Manawa Taki Intensive Community Wraparound team in Hamilton. The role provides clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and ACMHT liaison for tāngata whaiora being released from prison with high needs. One position in Hamilton, one in Whakatane, and one in Rotorua.
