About the Role Our client is a dynamic and growing beverage business, representing a portfolio of well-known and emerging brands across New Zealand. We're looking for a motivated and commercially savvy Territory Manager to take ownership of our Lower South Island territory. This is an autonomous field-based role where you'll manage existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and help drive brand growth across hospitality and retail liquor channels. As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an established territory while identifying opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales. You'll work closely with customers across the Lower South Island, building strong partnerships and ensuring our brands are well represented in market. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established customer base throughout the Lower South Island Develop strong relationships with hospitality venues, bars, restaurants, and retail liquor outlets Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory Increase product ranging and distribution across existing accounts Execute merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns Monitor market activity and provide customer and industry insights Plan and manage your own travel schedule to maximise territory coverage Work independently while collaborating with the wider team About You Previous experience in sales, account management, territory management or business development is preferred but not essential Strong relationship-building and communication skills A proactive and self-motivated approach to work Commercial acumen and a passion for driving results Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory Experience within FMCG, beverage, hospitality, or liquor industries would be highly regarded but is not essential A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
