CONTRACT Senior IT Support Engineer (Windows/365/AV)

Sunstone Talent – Christchurch, South Island A stable, growing company is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a supportive team delivering enterprise IT support and infrastructure projects across a modern global environment. Love solving complex IT issues while leading technical projects and improve the end-user experience? What you'll bring: Degree or Tertiary qualification, IT certification, Microsoft certification or equivalent commercial experience At least 6 years' commercial experience in IT Support, Desktop Engineering & End User Computing Solid experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM ticketing platform Ideally someone with excellent communication skills, who enjoys leading projects and has an excellent customer / user focus Experience supporting audio visual (AV) conferencing solutions including meeting room technology Any experience of Crestron, Qsc or Biamp?
