About the Role The Quality Administrator provides essential administrativesupport to the OPH&R Quality Team, ensuring quality systems, documentation,and governance processes run efficiently and to a high standard. This role is central to supporting document control,clinical governance activity, reporting requirements, and the management ofOPH&R intranet and internet content. You will contribute directly to theachievement of quality objectives and help ensure policies, procedures, andguidelines meet legal, best practice, and recognised quality standards. As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claimsettlement this role has beenmapped to Band 4 For further information about the administration andclerical pay equity settlement please followthe link below: Administrationand Clerical Pay Equity - Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Key Responsibilities Document Control Supportteams to develop, review, and publish policies, procedures, and guidelines Maintainand manage the document control system to ensure accuracy, compliance, andtimely updates Clinical Governance Support Provideadministrative support to OPH&R Clinical Governance and review groupsas directed by the Quality Manager Coordinatemeetings, documentation, and follow-up actions Quality Team Administration Provideday-to-day administrative support to the OPH&R Quality Team Assistwith internal and external reporting requirements Internet & Intranet Management Actas OPH&R internet and intranet site administrator Ensureinformation is current, accessible, and aligned with organisationalstandards Our Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi & Equity In this role, you will actively support the pursuit of Māorihealth gain and equitable health outcomes by: Supportingtangata whenua and mana whenua-led change that enables mana motuhake andMāori self-determination in healthcare design and delivery Demonstratingawareness of colonisation, power relationships, and their impact on healthoutcomes Practisingongoing self-reflection and cultural awareness in service delivery SupportingMāori-led and Pacific-led approaches to improving health equity Takinga personal and professional stand for equity in all aspects of the role About You You are highly organized, confident with systems anddocumentation, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
