Auckland Council’s Customer and Shared Services (CSS) division has an opportunity for a Shared Services Catalogue Manager to join the CSS Executive Office team. This newly established role will help shape how shared services are defined, governed, measured and improved across Council and its council-controlled organisations (CCO’s).
