Chilled, Frozen & Liquor Manager-Full time We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Chilled,Frozen & Liquor Manager to lead these key departments and make a realimpact. As Department Manager, you'll take ownership of theday-to-day operations, leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliverexceptional results. From planning and ordering to stock management, andmaintaining outstanding retail standards, you'll ensure every aspect of thedepartments runs smoothly and efficiently. With a strong customer-first mindset, you'll create anoutstanding shopping experience for our local community while driving salesgrowth, maximizing profitability, and managing costs. Thehours for the role are 07:00 to 16:00, 5 days incl 1 weekend day. About the role: A strong people focus,leading a team of 2-3 people each day, and working well with others. Planning and executing allfacets of the day-to-day operations of the department including ordering,filling, promotional planning and operational processes. Achieve agreed retailstandards, department sales, GP and wage targets.
