Logistics Coordinator

Hall's Storage, part of the Hall's Group, is a leading temperature-controlled storage and logistics provider. We are seeking a capable and organised Part Time Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound operations and ensure product is dispatched accurately, safely, and on time. This role will be a Monday to Friday set on approximately 4 hours per day with a total of 20 hours per week. What You Will Be Doing Planning and scheduling daily outbound loads Coordinating container loading, local orders, and returns Checking counts, labelling, shipping marks, and documentation accuracy Liaising with warehouse teams to ensure product availability Coordinating with trucking companies, shipping lines, and ports Managing customer communication and confirming contract requirements Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards This is a hands-on coordination role requiring attention to detail, forward planning, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced cold storage environment.
