Furniture Removalist/delivery driver

Position: Removalist /driver required for an immediate start. About our company: Better Moves is a logistics and moving company handling fragile freight, and general freight. We can offer guaranteed hours, fair rates, and a friendly work culture. Hours for this position varies Monday to Saturday and as otherwise required. Due to the nature of our business work is varied from Furniture Removals to general freight and container devanning. Vehicles in our Fleet range from Class 1 though to Class 5 offering good pathways to progress your career over time. Being the face of the company, we are looking for a person who is friendly, well presented, co–operative and hardworking. Requirements for the role: Class 2 License Must be fit and healthy as it is a physical role Be punctual, reliable and take pride in your work Able to be flexible with working hours Must be able to travel out of town overnight Duties: Furniture Removals Devanning Containers Delivering furniture locally and out of town. Working alongside colleagues to ensure a smooth workload Dealing with clients / sub-contractors on site Ensuring safe work practices at all times Able be flexible with working hours.
