Emergency Accommodation NZ is expanding, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated, and solutions-focused professionals to join our growing team. Calling All Former MSD Professionals! If you've previously worked as a MSD Case Manager, Work Broker, Service Centre Representative, or in a similar client support role, we'd love to hear from you. Your experience could make a real difference in helping individuals and families navigate housing and support services. Your Role Support clients with housing applications and placements. Assist clients in accessing available financial and community support services. Liaise with MSD, StudyLink, Kāinga Ora, landlords, and other agencies (with client consent). Guide clients through the application process from start to finish. Deliver exceptional customer service while making a meaningful impact. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, professional, and organised. Experience in customer service, social services, housing, or case management is highly regarded. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Why Join Emergency Accommodation NZ?
