Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) is seeking an experienced Youth Support Worker to join our Rangatahi services team in Heretaunga. This full-time role supports young people on YP and YPP, helping them access services, navigate challenges and pursue education, training or employment. You'll build trusting relationships, maintain an active caseload, and work within a kaupapa Māori framework.
