Strong understanding of spoken and written English. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical Requirements Comfortable working in cold environments, including chillers and freezers. Able to lift and handle products up to 5kg. Fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift. All appointments subject to pre-employment drug-test, security check and work-related references. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders. Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards. Maintain productivity targets while working safely and efficiently. Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational requirements.
