Building Management Services company looking to hire a skilled Office Manager to cover general business administration, invoicing and AP/AR We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our Dunedin based Building Management Services company. The successful candidate will be covering general administration, data input activities and accounts payable / receivable functions. This is a permanent, on-site role in Dunedin that can offer 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. THE ROLE: This role will be suitable to someone who is an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellent service. You'll be joining a fast-paced environment and required to engage with customers over the phone and in person. You’ll have excellent time management skills and be able to work autonomously under pressure. RESPONSIBILTIES: Handling inbound and outbound communications via phone and face-to-face interactions Accurately inputting and managing financial data and client records Manage AP/AR Including invoicing, expense processing, bank reconciliations, and debtor follow‑up using Xero Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Assisting with documentation, reports, and compliance processes Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service Work closely with directors, staff and external stakeholders to support efficient operations, continuous improvement, and a positive office culture. SKILL SET: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Dedication to positive stakeholder experience (responsive, polite & friendly service). Experienced in GST returns. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Organised individual, capable of spinning multiple plates. Applicants must have a valid work visa, permanent residency or NZ citizenship to be considered.
