The Role: Completing roofing/cladding quantity take-offs using estimating software according to the plans submitted, plan revisions as required Answering product and technical questions Staying informed on roofing products and industry developments About You: The ability to read and interpret building plans is a MUST Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid administration and computer skills Confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders A diploma/bachelor's in engineering, construction, or a related field High attention to detail with strong analytical and technical ability Roofing knowledge (advantageous), understanding of NZ building practices and codes (a bonus) If you're adaptable, keen to learn and able to think on your feet - we want to hear from you!
