Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is seeking a Residential Support Worker for the Te Whare Hurihuri service in Manurewa. You will provide recovery-focused, person-centred support to tāngata whaiora experiencing mental health challenges, working with whānau and clinical teams. You will maintain clear documentation, support risk and safety plans, and contribute to a safe, culturally responsive environment as part of a 24/7 rostered service with day, evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
