Assistant Store Manager - Roll'd St Lukes

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Roll’d St Lukes team and support the leadership of one of our flagship locations. As Assistant Store Manager, you will: Support the Store Manager in leading a team of up to 15 team members in a fast‑paced QSR environment Assist with daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality and brand standards Train, coach and mentor team members to achieve their best performance Support rostering, labour management, stock control and wastage reduction Help drive sales growth, catering opportunities and local community engagement Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures Step up and take responsibility for store operations when required What we are looking for: Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader or assistant manager in the fast‑food or hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of sales targets, labour costs, stock control and profitability Knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements A positive attitude and passion for delivering great customer experiences Vietnamese food experience is preferred but not essential.
