Job Description
Fire Protection Compliance Sprinkler Division Limited - Queenstown, South Island You'll be involved in the installation of new fire sprinkler systems, as well as the maintenance, alteration and upgrade of existing systems across a diverse range of commercial, industrial and residential sites. Working alongside a professional team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality fire protection solutions while maintaining the standards our clients expect. Key responsibilities Installing, maintaining and modifying fire sprinkler systems. Carrying out IQP inspections for SS6 and SS7 systems. Managing day-to-day service tasks independently and efficiently. Working closely with Project Managers, builders and other trades on construction projects. Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications. Maintaining a safe, organised and professional worksite. Delivering quality workmanship that complies with New Zealand Standards and company procedures. Training apprentices About you Has experience installing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems. Holds an NZQA qualification in Fixed Fire Protection Systems. Holds a Full New Zealand Driver License. Takes pride in producing quality workmanship. Is reliable, punctual, motivated and safety focused. Can work independently while also contributing positively to a team. Has strong communication and customer service skills. Holds Site Safe, EWP or other relevant industry qualifications (preferred but not essential). $40-$50+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Paid overtime opportunities.
