Job Description As a Service Delivery Person , you'll be the face of Alsco on the road, combining delivery driving with outstanding customer service. You'll manage your own route, delivering and collecting garments, mats, and towels while building strong relationships with customers. This is a physically active, fast-paced role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys independence, variety, and being on the go. Full training is provided, all successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks. Deliver and collect rental products on your assigned route Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships Manage your own truck, route, and daily schedule Complete manual handling tasks in a physically demanding role Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures Identify opportunities to upsell products and services Ensure high presentation and service standards Alsco Uniforms NZ are committed to Diversity,Equityand Inclusion. Desired Skills and Experience Full Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record Confident and highly skilled driver, with knowledge of the Coromandel, Whitianga, and Tairua areas High level of physical fitness and energy to handle a physically demanding role Reliable, honest, and committed with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and manage your time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Previous customer service or delivery service experience (preferred, not essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
