We're looking for a motivated Sales & Project Manager to help drive our South Island commercial work. If you're a top sales performer who's never managed delivery — or a PM keen to get into business development — this role is a genuine crossover. No swimming pool experience required; we'll teach you the industry, we just need the right skills About the role This role combines sales and project delivery. You'll help identify opportunities, secure work, and see projects through to completion as part of the team. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, working closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. Key responsibilities Assist with commercial sales across the South Island as part of a team Prepare estimates, quotations, and tenders Manage projects from award through to delivery Build strong relationships with clients, engineers and architects, and internal teams Identify and develop new business opportunities Maintain accurate records and reporting Travel within New Zealand as required About you Preferred experience in sales and project management Background in commercial or construction-related projects Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Willingness to travel as needed Work on unique, high-profile aquatic projects Combine sales success with project ownership Join a specialist, respected New Zealand business in a niche market Enjoy variety, autonomy, and real responsibility Be part of a team delivering projects across the country #J-18808-Ljbffr
