Our client is a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has spent 10+ years as a Senior Electrician and is ready to leverage their technical expertise in a project management role. About the Role: As the Electrical Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with clients, site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple electrical projects from inception to handover. Plan labour, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines. Lead and support site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, variations, and financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements. Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and project documentation. Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively. What We're Looking For: 10+ years' experience as a Senior Electrician with strong commercial or industrial project experience. Previous experience leading teams and coordinating projects. Excellent understanding of electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
