Macau Restaurant & Bar is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to co‑lead daily restaurant and bar operations in Tauranga Central, Bay of Plenty. This full-time role places you as a key contact during shifts to ensure exceptional service, maintain high standards, and create a welcoming guest experience. You will manage staff, uphold health and safety, handle guest inquiries, supervise stock and till transactions, and mentor team members.
