Marketing Agent

Location: Tauranga Office or Work From Home (Flexible - Other Regions Considered) Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Negotiable) Join a Team That Makes a Difference We are a growing home-based childcare organisation dedicated to supporting children, families, and educators to thrive. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Agent to help expand our presence, build strong community connections, and attract new families and educators to our service. This role offers flexibility and can be based in our central Tauranga office or performed remotely from another region within New Zealand. The ability to travel from time to time within NZ is a requirement of this role. About the Role As our Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate enquiries, and support business growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to create engaging campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and build relationships within local communities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns Manage and grow our social media platforms Create engaging content for digital and print marketing Coordinate advertising and promotional activities Support the recruitment of new educators and enrolment of families Build relationships with community groups, schools, and local organisations Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports Maintain website content and assist with online marketing initiatives Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads About You Passionate about marketing and community engagement Creative, proactive, and self-motivated Experienced in social media management and digital marketing Confident working independently and managing multiple projects Skilled in content creation and marketing communications Familiar with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other marketing platforms Knowledge of the education, childcare, or early childhood sector is an advantage but not essential What We Offer Flexible working arrangements Work-from-home opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families Competitive remuneration package based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
