The Role This is a Senior Architectural Technician role focused on the delivery of complex projects through construction. You will take responsibility for the technical development, coordination and delivery of medium to large scale projects, often campus style or multi stage, working closely with project architects, consultants and contractors. This role is not limited to documentation. You will be actively involved once projects move on site, managing construction queries, variations and technical problem solving. You will provide leadership within project teams, support junior technicians and act as a trusted technical resource across the practice. You will also play a key role in managing client expectations, coordinating consultant inputs and ensuring projects are delivered to programme, quality and profitability targets. Role Requirements At minimum 10 years' experience, most recently working at Senior Architectural Technician level High level proficiency in Revit and BIM based documentation Proven experience delivering medium to large scale projects through construction Strong understanding of New Zealand Building Code and construction methodology Confident communicator with clients, consultants and contractors Practical, solutions focused and comfortable operating in site based environments Ability to supervise technical teams and review documentation outputs What's in it for You?
