Area Business Manager - Hawkes Bay

The Role: Primarily Key Account Management but also a focus on Sales Maintain and develop relationships with Cleantastic franchisees Help our franchisees in every way to become successful business owners Build relationships with both existing and new clients Liaise with clients to ensure they receive excellent customer service including regular quality control check-ins Identify opportunities within the existing client base to grow sales Generate and deliver new quotes to grow the client base Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed As the Ideal Candidate you will have: An ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal An ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at the same time A fantastic work ethic, a positive attitude and an ability to work well in a small team Good time management and organisation skills A desire to learn and grow with the role A commitment to customer service A strong eye for detail and upholding cleaning standards A valid full NZ Drivers licence The Opportunity: Join an award-winning team as a Area Business Manager – Hawkes Bay, helping Cleantastic unlock the huge potential within the Hawkes Bay market.
