With a strong reputation in the market, they are currently seeking a permanent credit controller to strengthen their finance function and improve cashflow outcomes. About The Role In this position, you will take ownership of credit control activities and work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding balances are managed effectively. Your Responsibilities Will Include Monitoring customer accounts and reviewing aged receivables Proactively contacting customers regarding outstanding payments Chasing overdue invoices through phone calls and email follow-up Building and maintaining positive customer relationships while resolving payment issues Liaising with Project Managers regarding outstanding accounts and payment status Recording and tracking collection activity across 30, 60 and 90-day overdue accounts About you: Role This is a practical, hands on role and would be suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, resolving outstanding accounts, and delivering measurable collections outcomes. To be successful in this position, you will bring: Proven experience in credit control Strong communication skills with the confidence to pick up the phone Demonstrated ability to manage and reduce aged receivables A resilient, proactive approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Experience navigating complex systems What is in it for you?
