Specialising in marine engines, we work on a diverse range of vessels, from trailer boats to superyachts. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marine engineering, a strong technical background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marine vessels. Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a fully qualified Marine Engineer with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in the marine industry. You should have a strong technical foundation and the ability to work independently across a wide range of marine systems. Experience working with Volvo Penta , FPT , and Stern drives etc will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with both inboard and outboard systems, along with strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills, is highly valued. You’ll take pride in your work, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and bring a proactive, can‑do attitude to the role. Responsibilities: Conducting maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on marine engines for trailer boats and superyachts. Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot technical issues and find innovative solutions. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in marine engineering technology. Requirements: Ability to service & rebuild engines, gear boxes, stern drives & work on all ships systems Have some knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing Diagnostics and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
