Working within your agreed scope of practice and in partnership with a supervising GP, you will: Conduct patient consultations, assessments and physical examinations Develop differential diagnoses and contribute to patient management plans Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic investigations Manage acute and long-term health conditions Deliver preventative healthcare and patient education Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the wider clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Clinical supervision may be provided both on-site and remotely within our collaborative model of care. About You You'll be a compassionate, confident clinician who enjoys building relationships with patients and working as part of a supportive healthcare team. You'll also have: Essential Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Associate Studies (or a New Zealand recognised equivalent) Eligibility to practise in New Zealand Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to culturally safe, patient-centred care Desirable Experience working within primary care or general practice Why Taranaki?
