You will advise employers and employees on complex workplace issues and gain hands-on advocacy experience in mediations, ERA investigations, and the Employment Court. You’ll contribute to a collaborative culture, mentor junior team members, and manage files end-to-end to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes for clients.
