We have two locations in Wellington. We are located on Cuba street in Wellington & Jackson Street in Petone. We have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and have a caring nature towards everyone who walks intoour store. We are a great small, dedicated team, offering long term employment, with support & ongoing training. WHAT WE REQUIRE: You have at least two years of experience in Retail, as a supervisor. You will have a passion for Luxury fashion, homewares & gifts, have a great sense of style & presentation You are friendly, outgoing and a confident which shows in your customer personalisation skills You give exceptional customer service,go above and beyondwith every sale and customer toexceed their expectations You have a natural ability to connect with people, creating truly positive customer relationships Your organisational & maintenance skills are strong & you thrive working independently or with one other during busy periods. You'll be responsible for: Supervising the team with a focus on customer service and sales to achieve exceptional results. E-commerce Management - Responsible for Online Order Fulfilment & Quality Control Support with all operational & finance tasks, kPI & stock Management Act as a Cre8iveworx brand ambassador posting (posting daily content, photos or videos on social media, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to showcase New arrivals & Designers) Rostering - Planning, Scheduling, Delegating, Monitoring & Evaluating - signing off with the director Support the Store Owner to create a fun, productive and cohesive team environment And so much more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
