We’re looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering quality work, and thrives on being the person others can rely on. We support a large portfolio of over 500 internal stakeholders so having an adaptable and professional attitude is a must. If so, then come join the Business Support Unit providing administrative excellence to the Corporate Services Group. This is not your run of the mill junior position - we are looking for an astute and seasoned admin professional who can bring a variety of skills to the team. We will be asking you to draw on your previous technical skills to work within an already high functioning team. You will also: Be customer focused and organised with a strong attention to detail to ensure you produce work to a consistently high standard. You will be confident dealing with people at all levels and be able to maintain a confidential and professional manner at all times. Hold a Certificate in Business Administration, NZQA Level 4 or a combination of equivalent training and experience of at least three years in a large organisation or project environment, and a high level of computer literacy and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products is required. You will show initiative in resolving problems, using your creativity to think of solutions and share relevant information with your team. Have the ability to build excellent relationships with a wide range of customers, and the ability to see their needs and work to help them to achieve their goals will ensure your success. Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm Position - Full-time, permanent Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Office, 53 Hereford Street Salary- The salary band for this position goes from $67,635 to $75,150 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
