Class days: Tuesdays and Fridays Class times: 10:00am Circuit Class and 11:00am Functional Fitness Class (both days) This is a contractor role with the opportunity for additional hours from time to time. Classes include a circuit-based format and a pre-choreographed seated exercise programme, with some standing exercises. The successful applicant must be comfortable delivering classes within an established programme, including following the provided choreography, class formats, and Triple A standards.
