Clinical Resource Nurse - Ward

This is a Senior Nurse position within our dedicated Ward In-patient team at our private hospital. The role is 48 hours per fortnight, the hours are variable. The Clinical Resource Nurse role will provide dedicated clinical support, guidance and teaching to inpatient ward nursing staff, will have direct reports. If you have a passion for growth and development of healthcare provision to ensure nursing care exceeds patient’s expectations, this could be the role for you. Previous experience with staff management skills, coaching and supporting others would be beneficial.
