Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of chip sealing and quality assurance processes. Previous experience in civil construction, roading, laboratory testing, or quality assurance is advantageous but not essential. Additional Requirements Ability to travel and stay away from home for extended periods during the sealing season. Flexibility to work weekends, including Sundays, when operational requirements demand. A positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality. What's on Offer? Full training and ongoing development. Opportunity to build a long-term career in the civil construction industry. Supportive team environment. Variety of work across multiple projects and locations. Competitive remuneration package. If you are proactive, quality-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we'd love to hear from you. Become part of our high-performing sealing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
