Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is recruiting Senior Coordinators to lead Te Manawa Taki Intensive Community Wraparound teams across Waikato. You will oversee pre-release planning, gate support coordination, and post-release reintegration for tangata whaiora transitioning back to their districts. Based in Hamilton, the Senior Coordinator will work with Clinician and CSW teams, ensure MYPLAN completion and maintain cross-agency relationships with ACMHT, Probation, MSD, Kāinga Ora, iwi and NGO #J-18808-Ljbffr
