Sunflower Field NZ LTD – Hastings, North Island Join Summerville Rest Home in Hastings in this newly created, full-time Onsite Manager role (30 hours/week, Tues–Sat, 1:00–6:30 pm, with on-call availability). Key responsibilities Report directly to the Owner/General Manager and lead day-to-day operations, staff management, and clinical oversight at Summerville Rest Home Oversee all risk management, health and safety compliance, and incident prevention across the facility Supervise kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry jobs Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews Conduct internal audits and drive continuous quality improvement (CI) Prioritize candidates with RN background. #J-18808-Ljbffr
