We are seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to join our market-leading corporate team in Auckland. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with one of New Zealand’s top-tier law firms, advising major domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions. About the Role As a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will work closely with partners and clients on significant transactions while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Your work will include advising on: Private and public mergers and acquisitions Corporate structuring and governance Private equity and investment transactions Joint ventures and strategic partnerships Equity and debt capital market transactions About You We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with strong technical ability and a collaborative approach. You will ideally have: 6–10 years’ PQE in corporate law from a leading law firm Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset The ability to mentor junior team members and manage workstreams independently.
