Registered Valuer | Graduate Valuer

My Valuer Limited is seeking a Registered Valuer or Graduate Valuer to join our Commercial team in Napier, Hawke's Bay. Based in our Napier office, you will provide high-quality valuation services across the commercial and industrial property sectors, working with a diverse range of clients including property owners, investors, developers, and financial institutions. Key responsibilities Conducting comprehensive property valuations for commercial and industrial properties Inspecting properties and gathering relevant data to support valuation assessments Preparing detailed valuation reports that meet professional standards and client agreed scope of works Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional regulations and company procedures Keeping up to date with market trends, comparable sales data, and property valuations methodologies Supporting senior valuers on more complex valuations and contributing to team knowledge sharing Ensuring compliance with the standards and regulations set out by the valuation profession and relevant professional bodies What we're looking for Current or pending registration as a Valuer with the appropriate professional body, or recent graduate with a relevant qualification in property valuation Strong knowledge of valuation principles, methodologies, and approaches to value Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, professional reports Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients The ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a team Sound organisational skills and time management abilities to manage multiple valuations A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with professional best practice A valid driving licence What we offer At My Valuer Limited, we value our employees and are committed to supporting your career progression in the property valuation profession.
