Food and Beverage Supervisor (In Room Dining) - Full Time (Please note that you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role) As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of a seamless guest experience from the moment an order is placed through to its presentation and delivery. You will lead from the front, coordinate colleagues on shift and work closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure orders are accurate, beautifully presented and delivered promptly. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising the daily operation of In Room Dining Leading pre-service briefings and allocating duties to colleague Ensuring orders are taken accurately and entered correctly into the POS system Coordinating with the kitchen to maintain quality and delivery times Overseeing the presentation of trays, tables, trolleys and guest amenities Ensuring dietary requirements and special requests are communicated clearly Monitoring service standards and guest room delivery etiquette Handling guest concerns promptly and professionally Coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to colleagues Encouraging upselling and strong product knowledge across the team Supporting stock control, ordering and operational administration Completing opening, closing and cash-handling procedures Ensuring HACCP, food safety, health and safety, and hotel standards are followed What We’re Looking For You will be an organised and service-focused hospitality professional who understands that In Room Dining is about much more than delivering an order. You will recognise the importance of timing, presentation, discretion and personalised service.
