New Home Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about property and helping people find their perfect home? We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team and guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives – building their new home. Representing Mike Greer Homes you will be selling our new builds, inclusive of our current developments, we also have a healthy forward work programme of upcoming sales. We are looking an experienced sales consultant for our Blenheim branch. What you\'ll be doing Engaging with potential customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements to present the best options, and supporting them to get the best outcomes for their new home Welcoming and engaging with clients when rostered on at showhomes (including weekends) Identifying and proactively managing leads, converting enquiries into sales Be the trusted point of contact through the sales process, keeping clients informed of progress, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a smooth handover to the Construction team. Representing Mike Greer Homes\' brand in all client interactions Does this sound like you?
