Kāhui Legal seeks a skilled commercial lawyer for a 12-month fixed-term role in our Kaporeihana (Commercial) team, based in Wellington or Rotorua. You will serve Māori entities, providing specialist corporate and commercial advice across structuring, contracting, transactions and projects. You will also advise on Treaty of Waitangi claims, settlements, and Māori-Crown relations, with exposure to land law, IP, public law, and regulatory matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
