We are looking for a well-rounded ICT professional who understands that great technology support starts with both strong infrastructure and excellent user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving between frontline support, systems administration, networking and infrastructure projects, while taking ownership of keeping technology reliable, secure and fit for purpose. What you'll be doing: Building, deploying and supporting laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues. Supporting printers, VoIP systems and communications technology. Managing Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, switches, routers and firewalls. Maintaining VLANs and network performance. Supporting server environments, virtualisation platforms and backups. Assisting with security systems including camera infrastructure. Managing physical infrastructure, cabling and technology installations. Identifying opportunities to improve reliability, security and user experience. What we're looking for: We're seeking someone who is equally comfortable supporting people and supporting systems. You will bring proven experience across both the infrastructure and end-user support sides of ICT, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, maintain reliable systems, and contribute to ongoing technology improvements. You will have experience in areas such as: Endpoint deployment and support (laptops, desktops and mobile devices) Hardware and software troubleshooting Microsoft environments and user administration Network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and VLANs Server administration and virtualisation (Hyper-V and/or VMware) Backup and recovery systems VoIP and telecommunications Physical infrastructure, cabling and technology installations ICT security and systems monitoring Varied technology environment - Work across devices, infrastructure, networking, communications and security.
