New Zealand Red Cross is opening a new Albany shop and seeking a passionate Shop Manager to lead a large team of staff and volunteers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining strong shop presentation in a fast-paced retail setting. You will manage stock flow, merchandising, and training, with shifts Tue–Sat and one late night.
