You will drive process improvements, operational excellence, and risk management to support the effective delivery of DA programmes. How you will make an impact Partner DA Operations team in the management of all aspects of the Digital Academy (DA)'s relationship with the Contractor including but not limited to KPIs, audit, compliance, governance, procurement, budgetary development and oversight, systems, resourcing, logistics and trainer management, and evolving current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across training logistics and make suitable recommendations for changes as part of the drive towards digital innovation. Responsible for day-to-day Vendor Management, Contract Management, Resourcing, Logistics, Training Content Partner Management, Marketing & Promotion activities for DA's courses. Develops, designs, reviews and implements effective operational policies, business processes, service journeys, process improvements and optimisation for DA. Manage all administrative duties in DA including the preparation of presentations and reports involving compilation, analysis and evaluation of complex data which include planning, project tracking and analysis. Take an active role in identifying audit and governance risks, and managing such issues including escalation and resolution. Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. What Makes you Shine Bachelor's degree with relevant experience. Minimun 10 years of working experience, preferably in operations support. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and relevant regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and support operational decisions. Effective stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to communicate, influence, and manage service delivery.
