Southern Cross Horticulture is seeking Cadets to join our team and fast‑track a career into Orchard Management. This role offers hands‑on learning in pruning, picking, and crop management on our kiwifruit orchards. You will work long days in the orchard heat, develop leadership skills, and contribute to health, safety and GAP compliance on site.
