Key Tasks & Responsibilities Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders. Serving food and beverages to guests. Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-organised, including resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations. Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register. Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food. Assist with additional duties reasonably required by the Food & Beverage Operations Manager. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required Full training will be provided. Previous hospitality or customer-facing roles will be an advantage but not needed. Flexible in availability to work mornings and evenings, and weekends.
