Tautoko Mai is seeking a compassionate Crisis Counsellor / Kaiārahi for its Therapeutic Services – Crisis Services team in Tauranga. This fixed-term role (until November 2027) supports clients affected by sexual harm and their whānau, delivering initial post-trauma counselling and crisis support with a client-centred approach. You will work with children, young people and adults, develop therapeutic plans, coordinate referrals and document with care and confidentiality, while upholding Te Tiriti #J-18808-Ljbffr
