Sanford's San Aotea II, a longline vessel targeting ling in the Sub-Antarctic and off the Southland coast, seeks an experienced Meal Plant Operator (Independent Contractor) to own the fish meal plant operations at sea. You will work with the Skipper and Engineering team on a 6-7 week on/off rotation, living and working offshore with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
