Ice-cream Parlour Shop Assistant

Join the team at Lick this!, our busy ice cream shop right on Napier's Marine Parade. This is a family-owned business, and we care about two things above all: looking after our customers properly, and working well together. We're after someone friendly, reliable and genuinely hard-working, with the kind of integrity that means we can trust you on the floor and at the till. No previous experience needed - full training provided, including barista training. It helps if you love ice cream and sorbet, but mostly we're looking for the right attitude. The role: Full-time, roughly 20-45 hours/week depending on the season 7-day roster including weekend work - availability over school holidays is essential Where it can go: For the right person, this grows. You could move into managing weekend staff, running the shop floor, handling health & safety paperwork, and looking after stock for some lines. If you want more than a shop job, there's a path here. Right to work: You must already hold the legal right to work in New Zealand.
