Based in Papua New Guinea, you will play a critical role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring the efficient management of aircraft parts, tooling, consumables and inventory across the business. The Opportunity Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will oversee aviation stores and warehouse operations, ensuring maintenance teams have the parts, tools and equipment required to keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong aviation knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage aviation stores, inventory and warehouse operations Control aircraft parts, tooling, consumables and materials Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety requirements and company procedures Maintain accurate inventory systems, documentation and traceability records Manage receiving, dispatch, stock levels and purchasing requirements Oversee aviation documentation including certificates, supplier records and airworthiness paperwork Conduct regular inventory audits and stock takes Work closely with engineering, maintenance, logistics and procurement teams Support supplier management and continuous improvement initiatives Lead and mentor local stores personnel About You You will ideally have: 3-5+ years' experience in aviation stores, inventory management, logistics or supply chain Strong understanding of aircraft parts control and aviation compliance requirements Experience working with inventory management systems Excellent organisation and communication skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and adapt within an international environment Previous experience working in remote operations, aviation maintenance environments or developing countries will be highly regarded.
